IUSTORIA is the legal frame of my work. Where a matter requires representation, procedural action, a reply to the other side, or protecting a client through escalation, the engagement belongs inside the firm.
I ask the same question I ask outside legal practice: what game is actually being played here. A dispute over a statute is often also a dispute over time, information asymmetry, reputation, exhaustion, or willingness to bear risk. The legal argument is then one move among several.
When a matter belongs at IUSTORIA
- The client needs representation, not only orientation in the situation.
- The case has procedural deadlines, evidentiary risk, or threatened escalation.
- The other side is already in motion; a reply must be both legal and tactical.
- A negotiation needs the authority and accountability of an attorney-at-law.
