Contact form and email

When you use the form or send an email, I process your name, email address, the reason for contact you select and the content of your message. I use them only to reply and, where relevant, to discuss working together.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in replying to messages I receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your consent is not required.

I keep a message for as long as needed to deal with it, and no longer than one year. If it leads to an engagement, further retention follows the rules for client files. Messages concerning a legal matter are kept confidential in line with attorney–client confidentiality.

Cards and the course waiting list

When you request a card or join the course waiting list on the negotiation page, I process your email address and, if given, your name and role. I send you the card and let you know about course dates. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to vytrisal@iustoria.cz, and I will delete your details. Otherwise I keep them until the end of the course the list relates to, and no longer than two years.

Who has access

The site and the form are hosted for me by Netlify, Inc. (USA) as processor. Transfers to the United States rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) where the recipient is certified, and otherwise on standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission. On every visit Netlify processes technical data (IP address and browser information) to run and secure the site. I do not share your data with anyone else unless required by law.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses no analytics, marketing or tracking cookies and loads no third-party content. Fonts are served from this site.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and the right to data portability. Just write to vytrisal@iustoria.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
